The Colonial Properties HPWSM delivers a full array of in-building and off-site services and amenities including:
- Parking, food, fitness, service providers, shopping and an aesthetically pleasing environment
- Performance client services
- Angus Anywhere web-based work order system providing online work order requests and service delivery monitoring to each of the building's clients. Base building and auxiliary service requests are assigned directly to the appropriate engineer manager or Colonial Properties partner acknowledgement and follow-up are electronically transmitted and monitored to insure fast and proficient service delivery.
