The Colonial Properties HPW® provides for the newest telecommunications technology, redundancies, multiple providers, wireless technology, and high speed broadband connectivity. Distributive Antenna Systems enhance radio frequency signalization including cell phone and Wi-Fi reception, and capacity for each client to utilize 802.11 systems technology via the building's wireless or wired systems technology. Further, each Colonial Properties HPW® provides a center based Web Portal. This portal is provided to each client and contains information on building amenities, emergency procedures and policies, work order delivery, off-site amenities, points of interest, information such as weather and traffic, building services, and other links to important information.
