The Colonial Properties HPWSM utilizes the state-of-the-art systems and provides for redundant layers to maximize system reliability. Redundancies include multiple electric substation connectivity, campus rerouting switchgear, multiple service entry points and in-building connectivity. The same methodology is employed with regard to telephony and broadband services. In addition, multiple communications providers are licensed to provide the maximum amount of client communication choices.
