Paid Time Off: Colonial Properties Trust recognizes the need for time away form work, whether it is for rest and relaxation, to enjoy holidays with family and friends, recuperation from an injury or illness or to handle personal business. Our vacation, sick and personal time is enjoyed by eligible team members after six months of employment.
