Office Portfolio
Bo Jackson joined Colonial Properties Trust in 1997. Under his leadership, the office portfolio has grown from 4 to 16 million square feet and maintains one of the industry's leading client-retention rates. He conceived The High-Performance Workplace. These innovative workplaces increase workforce productivity and provide corporate clients a competitive advantage to recruit and retain their human capital.
Prior to joining Colonial Properties, Jackson was involved in several signature office properties in Atlanta, including Concourse, One Ninety One Peachtree Tower and Perimeter Center. He has developed, leased or managed more than 25 million square feet of urban and suburban development in the Southeast. Under his leadership, Colonial Properties developed the mixed-use Colonial TownPark in Orlando, Florida, which contributed to Colonial Properties Trust being named Developer of the Year by the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP).
Jackson resides in Milton with his wife Lauren and two children. The Jacksons are founders of The Legacy Lacrosse Cup, the annual high school lacrosse event founded in honor of their son, Parker Jackson, who left a significant legacy despite dying at age 16.
