Colonial Construction Services (CCS) is Colonial Properties Trust Multifamily Division's in-house construction department. Our purpose is to construct the highest quality apartment communities for the REIT and for joint venture entities the REIT has ownership in. CCS provides in house construction management for 100% of the work performed on site as well as preconstruction and design management services.
We pride ourselves on being diverse in our experiences with the ability to deliver an assortment of unparalleled products from Town Centers, Mid-rise Rentals, Condominiums, and traditional walk up garden apartments. By providing projects that are on time, on budget, safely constructed, and exceeding quality expectations, CCS minimizes risk and maximizes profit for our clients.
