Approximately 80% of our pipeline is concentrated in top quartile markets of the Sunbelt with 65% targeted for our Pinnacle brand, Colonial's best-in-class lifestyle product.
We develop according to the market opportunity. Strong tenant relations with national merchants and key marquis anchors such as Target and Belk enable us to develop merchant built centers in varying geographies and formats. Our development team has an average of 15+ years of experience which positions us to creatively tackle any opportunity a market provides.
