Construction Services
The Retail Division Construction Services is a full service team that oversees and coordinates all aspects of Colonial's construction projects. Services include site assessment, planning and layout, project budget development, entitlements and due diligence, as well as negotiations for design and construction contracts. We provide design review, scheduling, construction management, cost and progress reporting along with contract administration. Our team members provide tenant coordination with a design criteria manual, lease exhibit reviews, signage reviews, and construction management. We complete the project with the final close-out and transition to the management team.
