Colonial Properties Trust

Colonial TownPark Orlando / Heathrow is located in Lake Mary, Florida, a fast growing northern suburb of Orlando. Colonial purchased the site for Colonial TownPark in 1999, and opened the first office building in 2001. Since that time, Colonial has continued to develop its vision for the site as a vibrant mixed use community, adding office, lifestyle retail and residential components.

In 2002 Colonial purchased the adjacent Colonial Center Heathrow, adding almost 1 million square feet of existing office space and over 100 acres of land for future development. Currently Colonial TownPark / Colonial Center Heathrow consists of 850 apartment homes, 1.7 million square feet of office space and a 225,000 square foot lifestyle retail center.
