Metropolitan is a mixed use community in Charlotte, North Carolina's Mid-Town market that will consist of 200 residential units (98 of which are currently under construction), 190,000 square feet of lifestyle retail restaurants, and a 155,000 square foot corporate office tower. Colonial is developing this project as a joint venture with Pappas Properties and Collett and Associates.
