Gift Certificates are available for purchase at the concierge desk on the Street Level. They are redeemable at any Colonial Brookwood Village store or restaurant. Gift Certificates may be purchased in the $5 to $50 denominations. We accept cash, American Express, MasterCard and Visa.

For your convenience, our Concierge Desk is located on the Street Level. Complimentary wheelchair usage, shopping bags, fax and copier services and directories are available.

Strollers are available at the concierge desk on the Street Level. The rental fee is only $3.00 with a return reward of $.50

Lost and Found is located in the Security office on the second floor. The telephone number is 802-7174.

Complimentary valet parking service is available for restaurant patrons. The drop off/ pick up location is on Village Lane in front of the fountain.

Handicap parking is located on the Dogwood level of the parking garage. Directional signs at the entrance to the street level garage will direct you to the dogwood level located on the lowest level of the garage. The passenger elevator alcove is equiped with an automatic push button for easy access. The elevator will provide transportation from the Dogwood level to the shops and restaurants on the Street Level and second floor. Additional designated parking is also availble in the surface lots.

The ATM is conveniently located on the second level in the food court adjacent to Kay Jewelers.
